Admission is free.
Do you have onsite parking?
No. Please use local parking facilities.
Is smoking permitted?
THE FARM TOKYO is a smoke-free site. Vaping is allowed only in the designated vaping area.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed on site. Only guide dogs and assistance dogs will be permitted.
Is there access for wheelchairs and buggies?
Yes. Please use the ramp entrance on the west (right) side of the site to avoid the steps to the main customer entrance.
Do you have restroom facilities?
Yes. However, unfortunately, we do not have any disabled toilets.
Do you accept credit cards and e-money cards?

When using the BBQ, advance reservation requires credit card payment. *Customers with prior reservations may pay on the day.

What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 11am-11pm, and Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays 10am-11am. Please check the website for further details as the trading hours of each trader vary.
What happens in the event of bad weather?
Depending on the circumstances, hours are subject to change or cancelation. In case of cancelation, this will be announced on the Twitter account of THE FARM TOKYO. Please check the news there. Moreover, we have a roofed eating or drinking space for BBQ and our facilities are available even in the event of rain. Depending on reservations, the roofed eating and drinking space may be opened up to the public. Please ask our staff on the day for details.
Can I bring by own food and drink onto the premises?
Only fluids for preventing dehydration and food and beverages for babies are allowed onto the premises.
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
We accept reservations 45 days in advance.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes. Be sure to read the “Cancellation Fee” section on our website before reserving BBQ facilities.
Do I need to bring serving plates, BBQ tools or anything else with me?
No, we provide everything.
Can I bring my own condiments (sauces, spices, mayonnaise, etc.)?
Yes, but please remember to take them home with you.
Can I bring in a birthday cake for my colleague/child?
Yes, but we cannot look after it for you.
Can I request a specific table?
No, we do not take bookings for specific tables nor accept requests to switch tables once you are seated.
Can I make a change to the number of guests attending on the day of my reservation?
A. Unfortunately, not. Please use the Contact Us form on the website to notify us of any change in the number of guests attending no later than the day before your reservation. You will be responsible for the full amount of your reservation as originally booked if fewer guests attend than you originally anticipated.
Can I take any leftover food home with me?
Unfortunately not due to food hygiene regulations.
